Young people face many pressures and these can lead to struggles with their wellbeing and mental health.

It is not a mentor’s role to be a counsellor, however you can encourage your mentees to develop good practices in order to support their own health and wellbeing. Below is a selection of resources to aid you and your mentee within this area.
