Arts Emergency is The Other Art's charity partner 9-12 October. This involves having a stall that will display Arts Emergency information, sell merchandise, take donations and sell artworks by artists involved in the fair.
The role
This role involves assisting Arts Emergency's Head of Communication to:
- set up the stall
- represent Arts Emergency by talking to fair attendees about our work
- taking donations and payments for sales of artworks and merchandise
- help pack down the stall
The successful candidate will need to be available to work on the following days / times:
- Thu 9 Oct, 3pm-9pm (stall set-up and fair opening day)
- Fri 10 Oct, 4pm - 9pm
- Sat 11 Oct, 1pm - 6pm
- Sun 12 Oct, 1pm - 7pm (stall pack-down and fair closing day)
Breaks will be included in the timetable.
Salary
The successful candidate will be paid the London Living Wage - £13.85 p/h. This is approximately £304 in total, but will be confirmed depending on hours of work completely.
Location
The location of The Other Art Fair is Truman Brewery, F Block, 11 Hanbury Street, London, E1 6QR*
*Travel costs will not be reimbursed.
