Arts Emergency is turning 10!

Arts Emergency is turning 10 this year and we, the Youth Collective, are planning a fantastic celebration weekend to mark it.

On Saturday 17 June, we'll be running an ambitious and joyful day festival in Manchester. The event will bring young creatives from all over the UK together, and give them the opportunity to network and make connections. There will be a series of creative workshops and discussions led by a wide range of professionals and facilitators. They'll be bringing their unique insights and experiences to talk about the challenges that the creative sector face and their hopes for the future.

The day will be a chance to celebrate our commonalities and differences. A chance for creatives of colour, disabled creatives and working-class creatives to share our experiences and backgrounds, and how these have affected our creative opportunities. It will be a chance to share our achievements. Ultimately, it will be a space for solidarity - everyone has a part to play when the revolution comes!

We want to spotlight that we all deserve equity, access, and the right to imagine and realise our wildest dreams.
