Rachel Collinson is known as the ‘Supporter Whisperer’ and was voted in the UK’s Top 50 Most Influential People in Fundraising. She is Director of Innovation and Knowledge Sharing at Engaging Networks some of the week, and a supporter experience consultant the rest. She used to be a lecturer at the Hypermedia Research Centre, teaching postgrad students to wreak havoc on the interwebs. Over her 15 year career in the nonprofit digital sector, she has worked with dozens of local, national and international campaigns and fundraising drives, from small charities to big household names. Her most high-profile project so far was the ‘Save Santa’s Home’ campaign for Greenpeace. She loves LOLcats and Pepsi Max a bit too much. Shame on her.
